Customer Numbers:

Your "Customer number" account, in NO WAY grants you a loan or any line of credit with AGI. The number we provide you our customer simply gives you a file for us to keep a history of your purchases, billing and shipment addresses.

IP Information:

Our web server automatically collects some information about your computer when you visit our site. One bit of information that we use is your “IP address,” a unique number that is used by computers on the Internet to identify your computer so that web pages and graphics can be sent to you. IP addresses are usually dynamic, meaning you’re assigned a different one by your Internet Service Provider (ISP) each time you connect to the Internet. That number lets us know some generic things about our site, such as with what parts of the world we’re popular. Also, if we ever have a problem with our computers (rare, but it happens), IP addresses can help us diagnose and fix it. Your IP address does not contain anything that can identify you personally.

Policies:

AGI reserves the right to "modify, change, adjust or cancel" your order at any given time without reason or notification, if we deem a problem exists and cant be resolved- It is our right to honor full invoice value in the form of a refund to the customer. Refunds are processed within two to four weeks of the date of cancelation. Returns for refunds will be accepted for 30 days from delivery. Returns are not accepted without a RMA number you must call us for a RMA number to be assigned to you. Shipments made to us will be refused without a RMA and returned to the customer at there expense. All returns must be in good factory shipped condition as you recieved it. Damages for improper packing will be deducted as per for improper shipment. Special & Custom Orders Are NON RETURNABLE once proofed and signed off on for production.

In the event of a dispute arising under or relating in any way to this Agreement or to our Online Service provided, you and we agree to resolve this dispute by looking to the terms of this Agreement. If there is a conflict between what one of our employees says or have said and the terms of this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall control.

Consent to Jurisdiction and Forum Selection:

The parties hereto agree that all disputes, actions or proceedings arising in connection with this Agreement shall be tried and litigated exclusively in the State and Federal courts located in the County of Erie, State of New York. The aforementioned choice of venue is intended by the parties to be mandatory and not permissive in nature, thereby precluding the possibility of litigation between the parties with respect to or arising out of this Agreement in any jurisdiction other than that specified in this paragraph. Each party hereby waives any right it may have to assert the doctrine of forum non conveniens or similar doctrine or to object to venue with respect to any proceeding brought in accordance with this paragraph, and stipulates that the State and Federal courts located in the County of Erie, State of New York shall have in personal jurisdiction and venue over each of them for the purpose of litigating any dispute, controversy, or proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement. Each party hereby authorizes and accepts service of process sufficient for personal jurisdiction in any action against it as contemplated by this paragraph by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, to its address for the giving of notices as set forth in this Agreement. Any final judgment rendered against a party in any action or proceeding shall be conclusive as to the subject of such final judgment and may be enforced in other jurisdictions in any manner provided by law.
